A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away...

TYSON VRYLING WHITE was born. Well, actually it was late July a little over 20 years ago, and it was only as far away as Milwaukee is from you. But you get the idea.

As a child, Tyson had a vivid imagination. He spent hours playing with Legos, GI Joes, little green soldiers, stuffed animals, or anything else he could imagine to life. Tyson was a good student, was generally liked by his peers, and generally stayed out of trouble.

Then, one fateful day in 2003, Tyson magically grew up and became Ty White. Ty White fled his Wisconsin home in favor of warmer weather and sunnier skies in the Carolinas. He found himself at Davidson College, just north of Charlotte. There, he walked onto the golf team, cohosted a radio show, founded and ran the school newspaper's website, was the Director of Communications for Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, hosted prospective students on their overnight visits, and generally did anything else he could to expand his horizons and meet new people.

After four fruitful years at Davidson, it came time to move onto new territory. After taking a few weeks to travel Scandanavia with his family, Ty White set off for Dallas to begin work for Click2Remember, a tech startup allowing customizable schedule and event downloads from the internet to electronic calendars. While Dallas is a very different city from those he was used to, he found a way to settle in nicely.

No one can be quite sure of Ty White's whereabouts at any given moment, but legend has it he hasn't strayed far from Dallas. Perhaps some day you may find him yourself!
